Monte Grappa near Bassano is one of the most well known and frequented sites in Italy for paragliding Italy fly. It is located about 50 km north of Venice. Numerous international competitions of paragliding have been hosted here. Several unproblematic launches and an easy LZ are available. Biggest annual event is the "Trofeo Montegrappa" early in the season (March easter).
